Simone Lopes is a native California artist. Studying Fine Art at the USC Roski School until switching to a Bachelor's Degree in Art History, Simone graduated from the University of Southern California in 2008. After a short stint working with appraisers at Sotheby's, Simone decided to become an artist and went back to school to study Fine Art Painting at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Currently in her last semester at AAU, Simone is developing her thesis work on semi-abstract still lifes while participating in community and university art shows in the Bay Area.
